Johan is responsible for the business areas Bank, finance and Insurance, and Insolvency and restructuring.
Johan has broad business law experience and has worked as a lawyer in private practice since 1990.
Johan has longstanding experience as a consultant for norwegian financial enterprises and foreign financial enterprises that operate financing and insurance activities in Norway through branch offices or cross-border activities. Johan also assists a range of Companies, including listed companies, with company related and contractual issues.
